2001 Palmer Award Winner

David J. Ehresman

The Palmer Award was created to recognize and to encourage the art and science of chromatography, in particular as it is related to the membership of the MCF.  It is given to those individuals whose professional as well as scientific accomplishments have fostered progress in chromatography. Each year this prestigious award is presented at the MCF Spring Symposium.  David J. Ehresman was recognized with the 2001 MCF Palmer Award.

Undergraduate Award Winner

Christopher Field

The Undergraduate Award winner is Christopher Field from Drake University.  His title is "A Linear Solvation Energy Relationship Study of Amphiphilic Copolymers as Separation Enhancers in Capillary Electrophoresis."  His sponsor is Mark F. Vitha, Ph.D., Department of Chemistry.
